Across the U.S., the things that make a stay genuinely comfortable — real play, more yard time, a bigger room — are billed as paid add-ons. We looked at what other resorts actually charge, then built PatiLee so it’s all simply included.
Unlimited play, never a fee
Kennels commonly bill $10–20 for a single one-on-one play session. Here, individual play and exercise are unlimited and included.
Unlimited yard time
Standard boarding means two or three quick potty breaks a day. Ours get indoor and outdoor gardens, as often as the weather allows.
Suites, not upgrades
A “premium suite” costs extra almost everywhere. Our large, insulated rooms — and a cageless cattery for cats — are simply the standard.
No gimmicky add-ons
Tuck-ins and “bedtime stories” are sold as $5–10 extras at other resorts. We don’t upsell comfort — it’s part of the stay.
One honest, all-in rate
Holiday surcharges, late-pickup and “exit bath” fees can add 20–40% to a week elsewhere. Ours is one price, no surprises.
24-hour supervision
Your pet is looked after around the clock by a team led by our expert master trainer, İrşat Üner (ICONK9) — never left alone overnight.
